Solara Health Partners is a THA licensed, clinically supervised healthcare provider organization committed to delivering safe, reliable, and patient-centred care across Ontario. Our mission is to ensure that seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering at home have access to high-quality and affordable support that allows them to live with dignity, independence, and comfort.

We provide a broad continuum of services, including personal support, nursing, respite care, companionship, palliative and dementia care, post-surgical recovery, and specialized 1:1 support within hospital, long-term, retirement and community care settings. Every service is guided by robust quality and safety practices, RN-led oversight, and a strong commitment to evidence-based care.

Solara holds an approved Temporary Help Agency (THA) licence and is actively preparing for our Accreditation Canada survey in February 2026, which reflects our ongoing investment in governance, compliance, and organizational excellence.

We collaborate closely with community support agencies, retirement homes, long-term care operators, and regional authorities to strengthen continuity of care and reduce service gaps. Our team members are trained through NACC-accredited programs and uphold the highest standards of compassion, respect, and client dignity.

With a core focus on accessibility, Solara offers affordable private care with no minimum-hour visitation requirements, ensuring individuals receive the exact level of support they need.
