Our manual 2D planning systems, including The Board™, give sales teams, move managers, residents and families a simple, hands-on way to test furniture placement, compare layouts and make practical downsizing decisions together. These tools are easy to use in a sales office, during an in-home consultation, or with family members who want to be part of the process.

Our new custom 2D/3D digital platform builds on that experience. Using a community’s actual suite plans, prospective residents can select a suite, visualize their own furniture and belongings within it, experiment with layouts, and share the plan with family members, move managers and community staff. The goal is not simply to create a floor plan – it is to create confidence!
