Part of the UHN Research family, TIER plays a critical role in improving the quality of education and overall competency of learners, while helping to ensure health care providers across all disciplines are well-poised to respond to emerging technologies and medical breakthroughs.
The Collaborative Advocacy & Partnered Education (CAPE) Program, co-created by TIER, is transforming healthcare education and practice. CAPE is designed to empower unregulated healthcare workers with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles, while driving systemic improvements across the sector.
