At Sanofi Canada, more than 2,000 people are dedicated to making a difference in patients' daily lives, wherever they live, and enabling them to enjoy a healthier life. It’s a mission we’ve been pursuing for more than 100 years.
In the early 1900s, we enabled the mass production of insulin, a revolutionary treatment that changed diabetes from a death sentence to a manageable disease. Over the following decades, we manufactured vaccines that controlled diphtheria, eliminated smallpox, and brought us just steps away from a polio-free world. Today, from four state-of-the-art facilities in Canada, we research, develop, manufacture and distribute Sanofi products to people in this country and around the world.
