CareFall™ is a comprehensive fall risk assessment and prevention program that leverages technology, objective data, and early intervention strategies to keep seniors safer. Unlike traditional methods that rely on subjective self-reports, CareFall™ integrates three key objective indicators to assess fall risk of gait analysis, hearing assessments and a EEG-based cognitive screen.

We have also included a pharmacogenetics screening tool that allows for the better management of anti-psychotic medications for the overall health benefit of the resident. We also include a grip strength and depth perception test which are the invisible conditions that often go undetected within the LTC home.

The care plan suggestions and interventions created through the data also target the individual allowing the home to group programs for the betterment of those identified as at risk.
